  • You are responsible for all activity on your account.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

5. The Service

Your Storybook provides AI-assisted tools that generate personalised storybooks based on information provided by users.

Important:

  • Generated content is creative output, not factual representation.
  • Images and stories are illustrative and imaginative.
  • We do not guarantee perfect likeness or accuracy.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit ("User Content").

By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to:

  • Process it
  • Generate personalised storybooks
  • Provide and improve the Services

We do not claim ownership over your User Content.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Submit unlawful, harmful, or abusive content
  • Provide false authority over child data
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or misuse the platform
  • Use the Services for surveillance, profiling, or exploitation

8. Payments & Refunds

  • Payments are processed via third-party providers (e.g. Stripe).
  • Prices are shown before purchase.
  • Digital products are generally non-refundable unless required by law or stated otherwise.

9. Intellectual Property

All platform software, branding, and design (excluding User Content) are owned by Your Storybook Ltd.

You may not copy, distribute, or exploit them without permission.

10. Service Availability

  • We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
  • We may modify or discontinue features at any time.

11. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available".

We disclaim all warranties except where prohibited by law.

12. Limitation of Liability

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the previous 12 months.
